Magnolia Cattle Company is committed to improving the Wagyu breed by artificially inseminating with the best semen available from the top Tajima bloodlines – Takazakura, Michifuku, Sanjirou and Fukutsuru 068, a line that produces the highest marbling carcasses. We currently have several beautiful, healthy, well-bred animals offered for sale, from virgin full blood bulls to high-percentage purebred cows and their 2008 calves.
Magnolia Cattle Company beef comes from purebred high percentage Wagyu that are selectively bred for the intense marbling and tenderness that Wagyu beef is world famous for. We pasture raise and whole grain finish each animal without the use of growth hormones, antibiotics or animal byproducts. We also adopt the Japanese finishing method of feeding out over a long period of time for a slow, steady weight gain from birth to finish; this ensures the resulting beef product is heavily marbled for great flavor and juicy tenderness.
